Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
We care about your personal shopping experience so all our deliveries are sent UPS.
Orders will be shipped in 1-3 working days.
Shipping for deliveries in the UK cost £5. For any delivery outside the UK, please contact info@hitandrunsport.com.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with the products we can offer you a refund or exchange within 28 days, provided that the products are returned complete and in a reasonable condition. This is not applicable to customised items and drinks bottles and headwear - for hygiene reasons.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via email at info@hitandrunsport.com
MISSING ITEMS
If you do not receive your item within 10 days of the expected arrival date, please contact us at info@hitandrunsport.com and we'll carry out an investigation.
